MY THOUGHTS:

I admit when I first saw the Total Pillow I didn’t think it would be something I would use regularly, but because it is so versatile I found myself bringing it room to room with me, even in the car!  My favorite use for the Total Pillow is behind my back while I am sitting at my office computer.  I use it as lumbar support and it actually keeps me sitting up straight, it can do this because it is a sturdier pillow.  The Total Pillow has a soft cover but it is more solid than squishy.  Not a pillow that I would crawl up and fall asleep on, but more of a pillow that I use to support something or keep me comfortable.  I have found too that it is nice to use as neck support when I am watching TV, although my husband does make fun of me because it looks funny!

Other uses for the Total pillow as knee support, for example when you are laying in bed you can use this between your legs/knees or in the car to sleep more comfortably rather than straining your neck or slouching in the seat.  It really is a versatile pillow and I love how you can twist it and mold it to the position you want.  I do want to add though that this is the second Total Pillow I received as the first one broke open out of the box – I am sure though this was just a manufacturers defect as this one is just fine and I have definitely smooshed and twisted it to maneuver it to different positions!
