Terralina Natural Beauty Ultimate Collection Review (& Giveaway Ends 9/24)

MY THOUGHTS:

I have always had terrible skin, especially on my face – oily on top, dry on bottom.  I still get terrible acne breakouts on my chin and side of my cheek.  I know it could be worse and spread all over, but still at my age I thought acne was a thing of the past!  I also have been looking for a more sophisticated line of beauty products since I am getting older and my skin is changing.

I received the Terralina Ultimate Collection to check out and first off I must say it came adorably packaged!  Now it is a product line that is more expensive that normal ($138 for the package) but you can buy the products separately, or I look at it like the products are going to last as long as I can make them.  I figure with this set I can stretch it out to two months at least.

Terralina Gentle Facial Cleanser (3.4 oz)

Sulfate-free formula
Contains oat and bark extracts to cleanse, willow herb and chamomile to soothe, and olive oil to moisturizer the skin.

This cleanser is soft, light and gentle.  It is smooth like a lotion to rub in and washes out just fine.  It did not irritate my skin at all and I love how clean my face felt afterward!

Terralina Gentle Toner (6.7 oz)
Contains sugar cane, birch and witch hazel extracts to refine the pores, and algae, aloe and chamomile to soothe the skin.

I dabbed some of this toner on a cotton ball and wiped my face with it after washing it and it made my skin feel so refreshed and clean.  It didn’t make my face sting or cause redness, just cleansed and freshened me up!

Terralina Facial Moisturizer (1.5 oz)
Contains antioxidant-rich olive oil and white tea to help combat the damage of free radicals and signs of aging, hyaluronic acid and squalane to hydrate the skin and lupine protein extract to help increase the skin’s firmness and elasticity.

I love moisturizers in general because they help my dry skin and make it feel loose and smooth but more firm, rather than tight.  With the Terralina Facial Moisturizer, I only needed a little bit to smooth out my skin.  It does not make your skin feel greasy or irritated, just a natural lotion perfect for your face.

Terralina Gentle Facial Exfoliator (2.75 oz)
Revitalizes your complexion, cleanses pores and improves skin texture.

This is a gritty facial cleanser that can be used daily without irritating skin, but I use it more like every few days to really scrub my face and get rid of dead skin cells.  It even contains an effective antioxidant as well as hydration and moisturization properties. 

Terralina Body Lotion (8 oz)

Lightly scented. Sandalwood, barley extracts, olive and shea butter to provide the ultimate hydration, while jojoba and soy-based ceramide protect skin and lock-in moisture.

This lotion is yellow and a little thicker than other lotions, but what I like is that it rubs in so easily and leaves my skin feeling cool and smooth.  It has a light fresh scent that I can’t quite describe, but it is not irritating or overwhelming.  It reminds me of a sun screen but it is not greasy.

Soy Tea-light Candle & 100% Recycled Gift Box

Both of these gifts were bonuses that I love!  The box has actually become a permanent fixture in my bathroom to hold my products and it is quite durable!

Overall, I am very pleased with the Terralina products I tried out.  The products are also pretty reasonably priced if you do want nicer natural products and now with the Buy 1 Get 1 Free Sale it is even a better deal!  I love how smooth my skin feels after using all of them and that there is no annoying scent.  I have not experienced and burning, irritation, or redness from any of them, which is a big plus in my book!
